Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully before engaging OfficeShine Services. These conditions ensure a transparent, professional standard for your commercial cleaning plans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By securing a cleaning plan or engaging in commercial cleaning agreements with OfficeShine Services, your organization agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the operational scope, billing cycles, and mutual responsibilities essential for maintaining a clean and secure workspace.

2. Scope of Commercial Cleaning

OfficeShine Services provides comprehensive cleaning solutions tailored to your facility, including shared workspaces, retail floors, and executive offices.

  • All tasks are strictly limited to the agreed-upon, customized cleaning plan (e.g., daily sanitization, weekly deep-cleans).
  • Additional requests outside the original scope must be approved in writing and may incur supplemental charges.
  • We supply all standard, professional-grade cleaning equipment and materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Facility Access and Security

To provide efficient service, your business must grant our commercial cleaning crews adequate access to the premises during scheduled service hours.

  • Keys, keycards, or access codes must be provided in advance.
  • OfficeShine Services strictly regulates key handling. Our staff is fully insured and trained to maintain the integrity of your security protocols.
  • If our teams are unable to access the property at the designated time due to client oversight, the full scheduled cleaning fee may still apply.

4. Invoicing and Payment Terms

Billing for recurring cleaning plans is typically processed on a monthly cycle.

  • Invoices are distributed electronically and are due within fifteen (15) net days of receipt.
  • Late payments may be subject to a nominal administrative fee or temporary suspension of cleaning services until the balance is resolved.
  • Any disputes regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that corporate schedules occasionally shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule a specific cleaning visit, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the normal service fee. Terminating an ongoing, multi-month contract requires a thirty (30) day written notice.

6. Liability and Damage Claims

OfficeShine Services is fully bonded and insured to protect your commercial assets. While our teams exercise the highest level of care, accidents occasionally happen.

Any claims of damage or missing property must be reported to our management within 24 hours of the service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damages, improperly secured items, or sensitive corporate hardware left active and exposed in open areas.
